NAME: DJ Christopher Kilmore

BAND POSITION: Turntables

RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single

BIRTHDAY: January 21, 1973

ABOUT KILMORE

He was born in Pennsylvania, in a town called Dillsburg.

He was adopted by a white family.

He picked up the Turntables when he was 13 years old.

He is obsessed with anything Star Wars.

He has several Star Wars memorabilia.

Kilmore replaced the band's former DJ, DJ Lyfe. Lyfe joined the band in 1996, is featured on the albums Enjoy Incubus and S.C.I.E.N.C.E. and was asked to leave the band in 1998. Brandon's explanation was that Lyfe didn't care enough about the music, while it was everyone else in the band's first priority, it was like his 5th. So they asked him to leave if he wasn't going to be dedicated enough. They found Kilmore after he had just graduated from 8 years of college. And he has been with the band ever since, proving himself to be a great addition.

His birthday is January 21, 1973

He has three siblings. (i'll put in names later, I don't remember what they were)

He used to work at a McDonald's in his hometown.

He learned 18 songs in two days for Incubus before they went on tour for S.C.I.E.N.C.E. back in 1998.

QUOTES

"Good music is good music no matter what form it comes in. Just keep an open mind. With a broader base you'll be a better fan."

"We just wanted to put out a good album that we enjoyed, and that was satisfying musically to us. We couldn't imagine going platinum until Pardon Me started taking off."

"We're all pretty happy guys. We enjoy walking on this Earth, and I think that shows in our music."

"I was a black kid adopted into a white family in central Pennsylvania and there was alot of KKK activity in the area and one night my dad got a tip that the KKK was going to come by. So he sent everybody out of the house, but me to stay with my grandparents and in the middle of the night, there was this loud commotion outside and it was the KKK, being classical KKK; yelling obscenities, yelling racist comments, and burning stuff. That's really all there was to it. They didn't break into the house or anything like that, nobody got hurt. But growing up as a kid and seeing that, you learn really quick how the world really is and that not everybody thinks like you. That's what I took from it. Other people might get all mad and angry about it, but I rarely get angry about it because there are other people out there that I have to watch out for."

"We're gonna put out 14 videos, too. All at one time. Become the first band to ever have 14 videos on MTV at one time. Or maybe not."

"It's getting tough as more and more kids come out. We'd like to hang as much as possible, and it's hard to tell a fan that you don't have time, or just walk away. Sometimes we just walk though em, you know? It's really tough. We want to hang out, but if we did hang out with all of them, we'd be there for hours. Whenever we have time, all of us are out there walking around and meeting people. But here in New York, for example, it's crazy hectic, and last night we just couldn't do it. Sorry New York!"

"I never thought I would be in a rock band. When I was growing up I was into Hip-Hop and rap and stuff. But ya know, having an open mind let me do whatever I wanted musically, and it's giving the turntable exposure. I think also, that there are alot of fads in music today, and having a DJ in a rock band is one of those fads that will go away with time, but a good DJ will persevere."

"I like to call myself the walking encyclopedia of hip-hop."

"I probably smoke more weed than 90% of the people on the planet."

"Lets unite and spin this world like a turntable."
(My personal fave. ~aisling)
